Kamchatka Taiga & Grasslands

i am in russia on the eastern most part of the country.
i have traveled to a grassland to find out about the habitat and more about the different species of animals living here.

these grasslands develop when there is not enough rain to form a rainforest and there is too much rain to for a desert to form.

the grasslands contains over 29 special types of plants and vegetation.

it also has many small and large animals living here. these include the brown bear which this grassland is most famous for because there are so inhabitants of its species and the zebras. there are also many more.

it is very windy here and it is about 19C.

i can see flowers but they are only small. that is because the grasses are wind pollinated plants. i can also see cows and wild horses in the distance.

okay see you soon.
bye
love laura
